Each product has been carefully selected and inspected by us. All materials are consistent with the description. The package will contain samples for testing. You are welcome to conduct scientific tests on the products. The test methods can be referred to in the TK video.

Our products are produced in China, and have gone through factory qualification inspections, product quality inspections and other links to ensure excellent product quality. They are shipped directly from China to the world, ensuring that they are delivered to customers first-hand, eliminating middlemen, and ensuring that customers get high-quality Chinese products at low prices.

Jewelry made of natural ingredients such as cinnabar, bodhi root, green sandalwood, etc. should be careful to reduce contact with water. If accidentally stained with water, please wipe it clean as soon as possible. In addition, as a plaything, it is recommended to wash your hands before touching it to avoid contaminating the jewelry. It is recommended to put it in a lucky bag after taking it off to avoid dust and sunlight from affecting the jewelry.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal. Cash on delivery and bank payment are NOT available.

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.

The prices shown on our website refer only to the value of the products. However, during checkout, a delivery fee may be added to the total purchase price. If the price difference is much higher than expected, please contact our by email:ikerimports@gmail.com. We will happily check this for you.

Our store can display multiple currencies for a better shopping experience. However, the default checkout currency is US Dollars. If you are checking out with another currency, your bank will convert the amount to your currency based on the current foreign exchange rate. You may see the equivalent amount by selecting your currency from the dropdown.

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties butsometimes it is out of our control.

lf you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, ThangkaBuddha is unable to advise what taxes/duties charges may be applied to international shipments.We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from factory to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don't worry! Our policy lasts 30 days. All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping cost.
